This digital transformation project has been selected as one of the first pilot digital transformation projects in Ma'anshan City. Based on the core production and operation characteristics of multiple varieties and small batches, the company will abandon formal and superficial construction models, adhere to the construction concept of practical implementation and precise empowerment, and tailor a digital management system that is suitable for the entire production and operation scenario of the enterprise. The project is based on an ERP enterprise resource management system as the core hub, combined with a lightweight MES production execution system, to two-way connect the entire business chain of enterprise production planning, material procurement, workshop production, warehousing and logistics, quality control, financial accounting, etc., achieving data exchange, process closure, and efficient collaboration in each link.
According to the project plan, the digital transformation project will be carried out in stages and steadily in sequence. By September October 2026, the project requirements research, scheme sorting, and overall blueprint design work will be fully completed, clarifying the construction goals and implementation details of each stage; It is expected that the core system will be fully launched, trial run, and gradually implemented in December.
